1. 接受条款 · 1. Acceptance
使用 LensCue 即表示你同意本服务条款。若你不同意，请停止使用并删除本应用。你还应遵守 Apple 媒体服务条款及适用法律。
By using LensCue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app. You must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law.
2. 服务内容 · 2. The Service
LensCue 提供文稿管理、固定速度滚动、智能语音跟随、相机录制和本地作品管理等功能。部分能力依赖设备型号、系统版本、网络状态或 Apple 提供的服务。
LensCue provides script management, fixed-speed scrolling, voice-follow prompting, camera recording, and local recording management. Some features depend on your device, iOS version, network availability, or services provided by Apple.
3. 你的内容 · 3. Your Content
你保留对文稿和录制视频的权利，并负责确保内容合法且不侵犯他人权益。文稿和视频默认保存在设备本地；删除应用或设备数据可能导致内容永久丢失，请自行备份重要内容。
You retain your rights to scripts and recordings and are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights. Scripts and recordings are stored locally by default. Deleting the app or device data may permanently remove them, so back up important content.
4. 设备权限 · 4. Device Permissions
相机、麦克风和语音识别功能需要相应系统权限。仅当你主动选择“保存到相册”时，LensCue 才会请求向系统相册添加视频的权限，不会读取你的相册内容。你可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤回权限，但相关功能将无法继续使用。
Camera, microphone, and speech recognition features require the corresponding iOS permissions. LensCue requests add-only Photos access only when you choose Save to Photos and does not read your photo library. You may revoke permissions in Settings at any time, but affected features will stop working.
5. 订阅与购买 · 5. Subscriptions and Purchases
LensCue Pro 为自动续期订阅。价格、币种和试用信息以购买时 App Store 显示为准。确认购买后，费用由你的 Apple 账户收取；除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续期。你可以在 App Store 的订阅管理中取消，或在本应用中恢复购买。退款由 Apple 按其规则处理。
LensCue Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. The price, currency, and any trial shown by the App Store at purchase are controlling. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. You can cancel in App Store subscription settings or restore purchases in LensCue. Apple handles refunds under its policies.
6. 免费额度 · 6. Free Allowances
免费版可试用一次智能语音跟随，并且每天最多保存 2 个本地视频。额度和订阅权益可能随版本调整；重大变化会通过应用更新说明或界面提示告知。
The free version includes one voice-follow trial and allows up to two local video saves per day. Allowances and subscription benefits may change in future versions; material changes will be disclosed in release information or in the app.
7. 合理使用 · 7. Acceptable Use
你不得利用 LensCue 从事违法、欺诈、侵权、骚扰或危害设备与服务安全的活动，也不得绕过购买验证、配额或其他技术限制。
You may not use LensCue for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or security-harming activity, or attempt to bypass purchase verification, usage limits, or technical restrictions.
8. 可用性与责任限制 · 8. Availability and Liability
LensCue 按现状提供。我们会努力保持功能可靠，但不保证服务永不中断、语音识别完全准确或录制内容永不丢失。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损失、利润损失或因设备故障、权限、系统服务及用户操作造成的数据损失承担责任。
LensCue is provided as is. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect speech recognition, or permanent preservation of recordings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss caused by device failure, permissions, system services, or user actions.
9. 变更与终止 · 9. Changes and Termination
我们可能因功能、法律或安全要求更新本条款。新条款会在应用内和本页面公布并标明生效日期。继续使用即表示接受更新；你可以随时停止使用并删除应用。
We may update these terms for product, legal, or security reasons. Updated terms will appear in the app and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the update. You may stop using and delete LensCue at any time.

隐私政策 Privacy Policy

LensCue 以设备本地处理为核心。我们不运营用于接收你的文稿或录制视频的服务器。应用使用 TelemetryDeck 提供隐私优先的匿名使用分析，但不集成第三方广告或跨应用跟踪 SDK。
LensCue is built around on-device processing. We do not operate servers that receive your scripts or recordings. The app uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-first anonymous usage analytics and includes no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

语音跟随Voice following
语音识别在设备端完成，音频不会离开你的设备。不支持端上识别时，语音跟随不可用，你可以下载对应语言或继续使用固定速度。
Speech recognition runs on device, and audio does not leave your device. If on-device recognition is unavailable, voice following is disabled; you can download the language or continue with fixed speed.
订阅与付款Subscriptions & billing
付款由 Apple 处理，LensCue 不接触完整付款卡信息。
Apple handles billing; LensCue never receives full payment-card details.
我们处理的信息 · Information we process
你创建的文稿、录制视频、应用设置、试用状态及使用额度保存在设备内。相机和麦克风数据仅在获得授权后用于录制；语音识别强制在设备端完成，不会回退到服务器识别。不支持端上识别时，LensCue 会提示你下载对应语言或改用固定速度。你选择“保存到相册”时，LensCue 只请求添加权限，不读取照片图库。StoreKit 仅向 LensCue 提供产品信息、交易状态和订阅权益。
Scripts, recordings, settings, trial state, and usage allowances are stored on device. Camera and microphone data is used for recording only after permission is granted. Speech recognition is required to run on device and never falls back to server recognition. If it is unavailable, LensCue prompts you to download the language or use fixed speed. When saving to Photos, LensCue requests add-only access and does not read your library. StoreKit provides only product information, transaction state, and subscription entitlement.
匿名使用分析 · Anonymous usage analytics
TelemetryDeck 会接收产品交互事件，例如创建文稿、打开提词器、开始或保存录制、展示订阅页及购买结果。事件可能包含功能模式、时长区间、应用与系统版本、设备类型、区域和语言等粗粒度信息，以及不可还原为个人身份的安装标识。我们不会发送文稿或标题、语音识别文本、音频、视频、联系方式或精确位置，也不会把这些信息用于定向广告、个人画像或跨应用跟踪。
TelemetryDeck receives product-interaction events such as creating a script, opening the prompter, starting or saving a recording, showing the subscription screen, and purchase outcomes. Events may include coarse properties such as feature mode, duration bucket, app and system version, device type, region and language, plus an installation identifier that cannot be traced to a person. We do not send script text or titles, speech transcripts, audio, video, contact details, or precise location, and do not use this information for targeted advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

只有当你主动选择导出、分享或发送反馈时，相关内容才会交给你选择的目标。目标服务适用其自身隐私政策。
Content leaves the app only when you choose to export, share, or send feedback. The destination you select is governed by its own privacy policy.
保留、删除与权利 · Retention, deletion, and choices
你可以在 LensCue 中删除文稿和作品，在系统设置中撤销权限，并通过卸载应用删除本地应用数据。订阅可在 Apple 账户的订阅管理中取消。
You can delete scripts and recordings in LensCue, revoke permissions in Settings, and remove local app data by uninstalling the app. Subscriptions can be cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings.
儿童、变更与联系 · Children, changes, and contact
LensCue 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们可能因产品、法律或安全原因更新本政策，并修订生效日期。如有隐私问题，请通过支持邮箱联系我们。
LensCue is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy for product, legal, or security reasons and revise the effective date. Contact us at the support email for privacy questions.
